When you say, Joplin High School Football, many things come to mind: state championships, conference titles, two teams, one team, tail gating, body painting. Everyone has a different memory, but it all comes down to lots of fun for the fans and lots of hard work for the players and coaches.
Football season is in the fall with practice beginning in August. The Eagles regularly participate in summer camps. Check the Schedules page for dates, time, and location.
The renovated Junge stadium is home to the Eagles, with varsity games on Friday nights and JV and freshmen on Monday nights.
The Football Eagles are in the Ozark Conference, playing teams as far away as Rolla. For Districts, we are in class 6, so JHS plays against some of the biggest schools in the state.
Football Games are broadcast on 105.3 FM.
